CRA Renewal

To renew your CRA credential, fill in the tracking form below and email or mail it to:

Important Note: If you have completed your CE requirements through AHRA sponsored activities only, you may be able to renew without a tracking sheet. Click here for more information.

Either form may be saved to your computer and filled in throughout the renewal period.

Late Renewal Reinstatement Fee

If you are submitting your CRA renewal after the renewal deadline, but have the required CEs earned during the CE earning dates for your CRA class, you can pay the required additional $75 reinstatement fee by Contacting us.

Important Note: CRAs have 90 days from the renewal deadline to reinstate with CE’s earned during their CE earning period or to apply for CRA Probation. After 90 days, former CRAs must retake the CRA exam with a passing score to regain the CRA credential.
