SoutheastHEALTH has an immediate opening for a Part-Time CT Technologist. The CT Technologist will perform imaging procedures. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care, acting as a patient advocate at all times. They will apply all principles of radiation protection when appropriate. Evaluates exams and procedures for technical quality. The CT Tech recognizes patient conditions requiring immediate action and initiates life support measures. Position requirements include: Graduate of AMA Imaging Technology Program, or equivalent. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (or registry eligible). Registered in your modality specialty within one year of assignment to the area. Competency in imaging examinations as proven during the first 90 days. BLS Certified.
