Standard Policy & Procedures

Below are important exam policies for CRA candidates to review.

Rescheduling Your Exam

Exam appointments scheduled through Meazure Learning’s NTS system must be rescheduled at least 2 business days in advance of the appointment. Candidates will be charged $100 to reschedule the exam appointment.

Cancelling Your Exam

Cancellation of an unscheduled exam:

  1. If a candidate has not scheduled the exam through Meazure Learning’s NTS system and wishes to cancel the exam, the candidate must make a written request to the CRA Program.
  2. Candidates wishing a refund of their exam fee must make that request in writing to the CRA Program. Application fees and late fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Transferring Eligibility to the Next Test Window

Eligibility Transfer Policy:

  • Eligibility can be transferred one time at no charge. The second request will be subject to a non-refundable $100 transfer fee.
  • If the examination is not completed following the second request, the applicant must re-apply. Following the second request, all fees are non-refundable.

Transfer of an unscheduled exam:

  1. If a candidate has NOT scheduled the exam through Meazure Learning’s NTS system and wishes to transfer to a different testing window (e.g. from the May window to the November window), the candidate must make a written request to the CRA Program.
  2. Candidates are responsible for any increase in exam fees. Late fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Transferring after scheduling an exam:

  1. Candidates must first cancel their exam appointment to transfer to the next test window. Exam appointments scheduled through Meazure Learning’s NTS system must be cancelled at least 2 business days in advance of the appointment. Candidates will be charged $100 to cancel the exam appointment.
  2. Once the exam appointment is cancelled, the candidate must make a written request to the CRA Program to transfer.

Missing Your Exam Appointment

If you miss a scheduled exam appointment, you will receive a No-Show result and be required to submit a retake application and the associated fees. Exceptions are made for substantiated medical emergencies or the death of a family member.
