Vote for RACC CRA Commissioners

The Radiology Administration Certification Commission (RACC) is the governing body of the CRA program and is holding an election to fill two (2) CRA Commissioner positions, each serving a three-year term from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. In this election, CRA Commissioners will be determined through tabulated votes in an active CRA-only election. Voting closes on Saturday, May 23, at 11:59 PM ET.

Brandi Baldwin, CRA

"I am seeking this position with the RACC because I am deeply committed to advancing excellence, consistency, and professional integrity within the imaging profession. Throughout my career as an Imaging Director, I have focused on elevating quality, strengthening regulatory readiness, and improving patient safety — values that directly align with the mission of the RACC. I believe I can contribute meaningfully through my leadership experience, my operational and accreditation expertise, and my dedication to supporting high standards for certification and practice across the field. I bring not only technical knowledge, but also a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset that I am confident will serve the committee and its mission well."


Dawn McNeil, CRA

"I am currently serving my first term on the RACC, and I believe I have brought valuable information to the committee. I have seen many beneficial changes, and I would like the opportunity to see some of our goals completed. As a current educator, I am well-versed in exam creation and analysis. I believe in discussing management opportunities with students and introducing them to the CRA credential. I also bring past experiences in radiology, sonography, and management. My diverse experience in employment and volunteer roles at other organizations makes me a strong candidate to continue promoting the CRA credential and increasing our visibility in the profession."

"I am a CRA driven by a strong desire to make a meaningful impact in the field of imaging. As a leader, I am passionate about creating environments where individuals feel empowered, supported, and psychologically safe to grow both personally and professionally. I believe that leadership is not a fixed skillset, but a continuous journey of development, reflection, and shared learning.

Through my involvement with the RACC, I hope to both contribute to and learn from a network of like-minded professionals who are committed to advancing the imaging field. I am particularly interested in fostering leadership development within the CRA community, helping others recognize their potential, strengthen their capabilities, and confidently step into expanded roles.

By engaging with peers across diverse experiences and perspectives, I aim to further refine my own leadership approach while actively supporting the growth of others. Throughout my career, I have focused on operational efficiency, leadership development, and fostering a culture of collaboration. My accomplishments include the creation of Imaging Access Centers, the integration of innovative technologies, and mentoring future healthcare leaders. These experiences have reinforced my belief that strategic vision, coupled with practical implementation, drives meaningful change. 

If elected, I will bring a commitment to upholding the highest standards in radiology administration, collaborating with fellow commissioners to support and inspire professionals in our field.
